With over 23 years of experience as a therapist, I’ve developed a deep passion for working with adults who have experienced trauma or attachment wounds and are now facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, or recurring patterns that feel difficult to change. I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR clinician and consultant, with specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), including completion of Level 3 Attachment-Focused EMDR training through the Parnell Institute. This powerful, evidence-based therapy has proven highly effective for individuals healing from trauma, chronic stress, and attachment-related issues. In my work, I help clients explore and resolve core beliefs, emotions, somatic sensations, and behavioral patterns that often keep them feeling stuck. Using a blend of EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, I support clients in building practical skills to manage distress and cultivate resilience. My approach emphasizes accessing and strengthening each client’s internal resources—those unique qualities that help them face life’s challenges with confidence. I believe these strengths are the foundation for meaningful, lasting change. Through this process, my goal is to help clients gain clarity, foster healing, and move toward a deeper sense of peace and self-awareness.
